Good products, reasonable value
I purchased the Truffle Dust and a jar of Truffle Pesto. The products arrived in good condition, and the pesto in particular is quite flavorful for the price point. The dust is a nice addition to popcorn. Shipping was standard, took about 6 days to get to Texas. My only minor suggestion would be for more detailed usage tips on the product pages themselves, especially for some of the more unique items like the dust. Overall, a solid purchase and I'm happy with the quality I received for what I paid.
Got the starter pack
So I decided to try Truffle Guys UK after hearing good things. I got the Truffle Starter Pack and it was a pretty neat way to try a few things. The Truffle Mayo is really good, I put it on everything. Shipping took about a week, which was fine. All in all, a good experience.
Decent, but delivery was slow
I ordered the Truffle Hot Sauce and Truffle Honey. The ordering process was straightforward enough on their site, no real hiccups there. The products themselves arrived well-packaged and tasted pretty good, especially the hot sauce – it had a nice kick without overpowering the truffle. However, delivery took about 9 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long for an international shipment. I could track it, but updates were sparse. Customer support wasn't needed, so can't comment there. Quality of the actual food items is high, just wished it got here a bit faster.
